Barley Miso with Dashi

We have created a new barley miso blended with kelp and bonito dashi (stock). The dashi we use does not contain additives or salt. We trialled the ratio of kelp to bonito many times and have finally found the best combination. It has a mild taste and a gorgeous aromatic flavour. When you are in a rush in the morning, put some miso into a bowl, pour in some boiling water, and add toppings that don't require much cooking heat, like tofu, spring onions, enoki mushrooms, and the delicious soup will give you powerful energy to start your day!

Ingredients: BARLEY:Nishinohoshi and Nishinochikara harvested on Kyushu Island.
